Shipping, Returns & Refunds


Shipping

Please allow an extra day or two for delays due to Covid 19.

Our standard dispatch is same working day (Monday – Friday) for orders placed before 10 am, we may continue dispatching after 10 am but there are no guarantees you will receive your package the next working day. Please note, during busy periods you should allow an additional 1 - 2 working days for orders to be dispatched.

We typically use Royal Mail and Parcelforce to send our parcels.

Issues and delays with couriers can occur and are out of our control, if you have any issues with the service of our couriers please get in touch. All delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. We cannot refund shipping costs due to errors which are no fault of our own. We cannot resend items which are currently in transit.

Though rare, your order may be delayed if we are out of stock of a particular item, if this is the case, we will notify you the same day.

All our shipping prices are based solely on the weight of the packaged item

  • Parcel weight 0-1000g = £3.50
  • Parcel weight 1001g-2000g = £4.99
  • Parcel weight 2001g or more = £7.00

 

Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags and its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at enquire@bakhoorluxe.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer pays for return shipping.

Damage and Issues

Missing and/or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt delivery.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
